Q: How can I pay for my Order?
A: We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover Cards

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Within the US, we ship using priority mail so expect the order in about 4 business days. For shipments going outside the US, we ship using global priority. With customs and other factors allow 7-10 buiness days.

Q: Will the package be descrete and will I have to sign for it
A: The package will be a plain box with no description of what is inside. Priority mail and Global Priority do not require signatures.

Q: What is the quality of the herbs that go in you products?
A: We use only freshly obtained herbs. If the herb is available in a standardized extract form, we'll use that because that assures us of a guaranteed potency.

Q: Are all of your herbs safe to take?
A: Generally speaking, since herbs are natural plants, they are considered safe. However, some herbs such as gingko can intefer with certain perscription medications such as warfarin. Another herb that can interfer with certain prescriptions drugs is Saint John's Wart. For that reason non of our products contain that herb.

Q: Are your products approved by the FDA??
A: In the U.S. Herbal Products are considered food supplements. The labeling of such items and the place in which they are manufactured and packaged are regulated by the FDA. Yes, our labels comply and our facility is registered with the FDA.

Q: Who manufactures your saw palmetto products?
A: Our sister corporation, the Saw Palmetto Harvesting Company manufactures the capsule and softgel products, and our company, the Herbal Extract Company manufactures the Saw Palmetto Shampoo that has been formulated for hair regrowth.
